Dean Leonard

Dean Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dean currently holds the position of Vice President - Strategic Asset Management at AtkinsRéal, which they started in September 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Faithful+Gould, where they held the positions of Vice President - Strategic Facility Consulting West from December 2017 to November 2023, and Technical Director - Strategic Facility Consulting from January 2008 to November 2023. Before joining Faithful+Gould, Dean worked at DTZ as an Associate Director from October 2004 to January 2008. Dean also worked at Zammit Develpoments as a Project Manager from September 2002 to October 2004, and at DTZ as a Building Surveyor from June 1995 to August 2002. Throughout their career, Dean has gained expertise in various areas such as building pathology, design, project management, building surveys, property management, and contract administration.

Dean Leonard obtained a BSc Hons degree in Building Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University from 1991 to 1995. Dean also holds additional certifications including Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ACIOB) and Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
