Emilie Langevin

Emilie Langevin, M.Sc., CRHA, has extensive work experience in compensation and remuneration roles. Emilie is currently the Executive Compensation Director at AtkinsRéalis, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Compensation Director Canada at AtkinsRéalis from December 2021 to November 2023. Emilie also worked as the Compensation Lead at AtkinsRéalis from December 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining AtkinsRéalis, Emilie held various roles at Intact. Emilie was a Senior Compensation Consultant from April 2018 to December 2019, a Compensation Consultant from May 2017 to April 2018, and a Compensation Analyst from September 2014 to May 2017.

Emilie Langevin, M.Sc., CRHA, obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal in 2011-2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with majors in Applied Economics and Human Resources Management at HEC Montréal from 2007 to 2011.
