Nathalie Gagnon

Nathalie Gagnon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathalie started their career as a Project Leader at DFI Cabinet Conseil inc in 1998. Later, they worked as a Quality Manager at GGI International from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, Nathalie became a Pro Bono Consultant at La Fourmi Bionique Inc. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Promaintech Novaxa. Nathalie then joined SNC Lavalin in 2007, initially serving as a Project Quality Manager and later taking on the role of Mechanical Completion and Continuous Improvement Coordinator. In 2011, they joined Hatch as a Project Risk & Quality Manager. Nathalie's next role was as a Project Risk Manager at SNC Lavalin from 2013 to 2014. Nathalie then worked as a Consultant from 2014 to 2016, during which time they worked independently. Nathalie joined CIMA+ in 2016 as the QMS Director and remained in this role until 2018. Nathalie is currently working as a Senior Risk Director at AtkinsRéal.

Nathalie Gagnon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in 1997.
