Norbert Stawczyk has a diverse work experience in the design field. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Print Specialist at Printing house "Efect" until 1997. Norbert then held the role of Junior Designer at Advertising agency "G. Art" from 1997 to 1998.
In 1999, Norbert joined Helion as a Graphic Designer (DTP), and during their time there, they progressed to become a Senior Designer from 2000 to 2006. Norbert then took on the role of Creative Director at Helion from 2006 to 2012.
In 2012, Norbert worked as a Digital Designer at VISION247 before moving to The SR Group in 2013 as a Creative Designer. During this role, they played a crucial role in recreating the company's global branding across various digital platforms.
From 2015 to 2020, Norbert worked at Cherry Advertising as a Lead Digital Designer, and from 2020 to 2021, they served as a Senior User Experience Designer at Bluedog. Norbert currently holds the position of Technical Authority - Lead UX/UI Designer at AtkinsRéalis, starting in 2021.
Additionally, Norbert gained experience as a Creative Art Director through their Freelance Projects from 2010 to 2017. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in various design roles, highlighting their skills in user experience, digital design, branding, and leadership.
Norbert Stawczyk attended General Assembly in 2015, where they studied Information Architecture and Designing for Multiple Devices. In 2013, they also took an individual course in Adobe After Effects CS6 at the London Academy of Media Film & TV. Additionally, Norbert participated in a UX Design Bootcamp at General Assembly.
