Scot Cuthbertson

Scot Cuthbertson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Director at Atkins since June 2022, Scot also contributes to community organizations as a member of the Board of Directors for Goodwill of Colorado and the Pikes Peak Or Bust Rodeo. Previously, Scot held key positions such as Executive Director and Deputy Director at the El Paso County Department of Public Works, and Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Director at the Colorado Department of Transportation. Scot’s background includes over 18 years of service in the US Army as a Colonel, focusing on space operations and ballistic missile defense, as well as roles in law enforcement and training at the El Paso County Sheriff's Office and TASER. Scot earned a BA in Political Science from Providence College.
