W. Brad Dennard

W. Brad Dennard, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering industry. W. Brad has held numerous leadership positions throughout their career, including roles at AtkinsRéalisation and Kimley-Horn. At AtkinsRéalisation, they worked as a Senior Vice President, leading the DOT Business Unit in the U.S. and serving as the Global Market Leader for Roads. W. Brad was responsible for driving growth and profitability, developing a sales program, and establishing strategic direction for the business. Additionally, Dennard served as the Vice President and Regional Transportation Director, where they successfully revitalized a declining business and positioned it as the fastest-growing sector in Atkins North American DOT portfolio. W. Brad strategically won over $300M in new contracts and led the deployment of DSRC technology in Metro Atlanta. Before joining AtkinsRéalisation, Dennard held various positions at Kimley-Horn, including Associate Manager for a $60M Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) engineering project and Business Analyst/Engineering Analyst. Overall, Dennard has a strong track record of achieving financial success, driving sustainable growth, and delivering successful projects in the transportation industry.

W. Brad Dennard, P.E. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. W. Brad also completed the Group Leadership Development Programme (GLDP) at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Dennard has obtained several professional engineer certifications in different states including Utah, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, and South Carolina. W. Brad has also participated in leadership development programs at PBS&J, Inc. and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.
