William Fay has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. William currently holds the position of Senior Project Director at AtkinsRéalise since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Urbane Management Solutions, Inc. from 2015 onwards. Additionally, they worked as a Program Management Director (Consultant) at Cordoba Corporation from 2016 to 2017 and as a Studio Facilities Development Consultant at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at West Contra Costa Unified School District and Los Angeles Unified School District. William also served as a Manager of Construction Services at Walt Disney Imagineering for over 20 years, from 1981 to 2001.
William Fay attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1992 to 1994 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Prior to that, from 1975 to 1980, they studied Industrial Technology at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2013, and the General Contractor Class B1 certification from the California State License Board in January 1990.
