Bill Waltz

Bill Waltz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bill served as the President and CEO of Atkore from September 2018, and prior to that, they were the President of the same company from July 2013. In addition, they worked as the Chairman & CEO of Strategic Materials, Inc. from September 2009 to July 2013. Bill also held various executive roles at Pentair, including President from March 2004 to September 2009, and General Manager from 2001 to 2004. Further back in their career, they worked as the VP of Sourcing and International Operations at Pentair from 1997 to 2000 and as the Director of Sales & Marketing from 1994 to 1997. Bill started their career at General Electric in various manufacturing and IT positions from 1986 to 1992. Presently, they serve as a Board Member at Quanex Building Products Corporation and as a Member of the Board of Governors at the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

Bill Waltz earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University between 1982 and 1986. Bill then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at Villanova University from 1988 to 1990.
