Courtney Healy Young

Courtney Healy Young serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Atkore Inc. since October 2015, where responsibilities include advising the Electrical Business Unit on legal matters related to human resources, contracts, litigation, real estate, and corporate governance, as well as overseeing acquisitions and divestitures. Courtney has successfully led multiple acquisitions for Atkore, including both domestic and international companies. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at a commercial litigation law firm, and as Associate Attorney at Riordan, Fulkerson, Hupert & Coleman. Early career experience includes positions as an Attorney at the City of Chicago Law Department and as a Law Clerk at Synergy Law Group, LLC. Courtney earned a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
