Kevin Copeland

Kevin Copeland is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in plant management and production oversight. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Atkore since June 2025, Kevin has previously held roles such as Production Manager at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where lean processes and quality improvements were emphasized. Prior to that, as Station Operations Manager at Amazon, Kevin drove continuous improvement initiatives and utilized Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Kevin's background also includes a tenure as Investigations Supervisor at Douglas County Human Services, where case management and program integrity were key focus areas, as well as military service in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities involved logistics and criminal investigations. Kevin holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.
