Patrick Urell

Patrick Urell is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Atkore since March 2014, Patrick has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for both Cable Management & Protection and Electrical divisions, as well as Human Resources Director for Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition. Prior positions include Manager of Human Resources at Nypro and Director of Human Resources roles at Baxter Healthcare and Danaher. Patrick’s career began at Ford Motor Company, progressing from Manager of Human Resources to Labor Relations Representative. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte.
