Vijay Sardeshpande

Vijay Sardeshpande currently serves as an Executive Member at the International LEAP Network and as a Senior Lean Manager at Atkore, where responsibilities include leading multisite lean managers to enhance cost and operational efficiency. Previously, Vijay held key positions such as Director of Process Excellence at RealPage, where engineering transformation was managed during a significant organizational shift, and Global IT PMO Business Excellence Director at GenesisCare, overseeing IT systems optimization during a merger. Additional experience includes managing supply chain strategies at Raytheon and leading productivity initiatives at PepsiCo. Vijay holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing Systems Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Flint.
