Liji Alex

Liji Alex is a Customer Engineering Specialist 11 at Atlan since September 2024, focused on technical troubleshooting to ensure application stability and user experience. Previously, Liji served as a Senior Software Engineer at Arokee Online Solutions Pvt Ltd from December 2022 to August 2024, providing product and engineering support, enhancing features, maintaining product code, and addressing technical issues affecting Atlan customers. Prior experience includes working as Lead Curriculum Designer at Vedantu from April 2020 to December 2022, where curriculum was designed and developed for Python AI, and training was provided to stakeholders. Liji began a career as a Software Engineer at Huawei from September 2004 to September 2007, participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and earning recognition as a Huawei Certified Java Programmer. Academic achievements include a B Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (2000-2004) and a PGDBM in Finance and HR from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (2010-2012).
