Maria Garcia Urbina

Maria Garcia Urbina is an experienced educator specializing in Spanish language instruction, currently teaching at Fulton Science Academy Private School since July 2021 and The Atlanta Academy since August 2012. Maria has a proven track record of promoting communicative skills and cultural appreciation through innovative teaching methods that include directing Spanish language performances and engaging projects for preschool to sixth-grade students. Maria's previous positions include serving as a Spanish Professor at Clark Atlanta University and a High School Spanish Teacher in Fulton County Schools. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Teaching K-12 from Georgia State University and a Master's Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Universidad Anáhuac.
