Atlanta Ballet
Lynda Courts has extensive experience in the arts and education sectors, serving on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Ballet since 1980. Courts contributed to the arts community as a member of the Advisory Board for the Metropolitan Atlanta Arts Fund from 1992 to 2014 and briefly in 2015. Additionally, Courts was on the Board of Trustees for the Woodruff Arts Center from 1998 to 2013. In the field of education, Courts taught English literature and writing at Georgia State University from September 1965 to June 1968. Academically, Courts holds a Master's degree in English Education from Florida State University and a B.A. in English from The University of Georgia, complemented by education at Westminster from 1954 to 1959.
