Peter Kitchin is a seasoned professional in real estate and customer solutions, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Solutions at Link Logistics Real Estate since April 2022. In addition, Peter holds a position as Non Executive Advisor at Trustek and volunteers with the Atlanta BeltLine Tax Allocation District Advisory Committee (TADAC) since December 2020. Prior experience includes over a decade at CBRE, where Peter excelled as Managing Director for the IBM Account and led Portfolio Services for the Americas, implementing strategic portfolio optimization and management. The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive economic development effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment and mobility projects currently underway in the United States. The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting many neighborhoods directly to each other. Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is the entity tasked with planning and executing the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine in partnership with other public and private organizations, including City of Atlanta departments.
