Dominique Dawes is an Olympic Gold Medalist and a prominent figure in gymnastics and sports advocacy. Currently, Dawes serves as the CEO and Founder of Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academy in Rockville, MD, as well as a limited partner with the Atlanta Falcons. Dawes also owns and operates the Dominique Dawes Gymnastics Academy in Clarksburg, MD, focusing on creating a positive environment for children to develop healthy habits and self-esteem through gymnastics. In addition to these roles, Dawes is an experienced motivational speaker, addressing various topics related to teamwork, resilience, and physical well-being. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Dawes has dedicated their career to empowering others and promoting fitness and personal growth.
