Theodore Suazo has a diverse work experience. Theodore began their career as an Office Administrative Assistant at TSW, where they improved efficiency in office operations and handled financial statements. Theodore then joined Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity as the Director of Brotherhood and later became the Athletic Director, managing budgets and planning events to increase member involvement and campus presence. Theodore also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Sports Business Club at Georgia Tech, where they controlled the organization's budget and raised funds. Theodore was the Georgia Tech Organization President at Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, leading a team to construct homes for underprivileged families. Theodore also contributed to the Atlanta Hawks as a Campus Ambassador Intern, raising brand awareness and meeting sales goals. Theodore worked as a Customer Solutions Intern at The Coca-Cola Company, collaborating with teams and analyzing data to improve customer service metrics. Lastly, they served as a Team Leader and Teacher Assistant at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, mentoring students and facilitating career advice sessions. Currently, Theodore is working as an Energy Sector Analyst at GTSF Investments Committee, evaluating investments and presenting research to the board of directors.

Theodore Suazo began their education at Grady High School, where they completed their secondary education between 2018 and 2022. Following their graduation, they enrolled in the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2022. Theodore pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, Finance. Theodore is expected to complete their degree in 2026.

In addition to their formal education, Theodore obtained certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In June 2023, they obtained a Data Trust/Security Certificate from The Coca-Cola Company. In November 2022, they also completed the Personal Finance Nano Tips course with Brittney Castro through LinkedIn.

These educational experiences have equipped Theodore Suazo with a solid foundation in business administration and finance, complemented by specialized knowledge in data trust/security and personal finance.
