Fredrick Ravenell

Fredrick Ravenell has extensive experience in guest experience and operations within the retail and sports industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Guest Experience Operations with the Atlanta Hawks since July 2019, Fredrick has held roles including Senior Director and Director of Guest Experience. Prior to this, Fredrick managed operations at Lowes Home Improvement Store and Sears Holdings Corporation from 2006 to 2019 and worked as a Co-Manager at Wal-Mart from 2002 to 2006, consistently achieving budgetary goals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of South Carolina and a diploma in college prep courses from Holly Hill Roberts High School.
