Wayne Kennedy

Wayne Kennedy currently serves as the Director of People & Culture for the Atlanta Hawks, having progressed from a managerial role within the same department. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist at The Home Depot, where market data analysis and associate engagement strategies were developed. Wayne also held the role of Human Resources Manager at both JW Marriott and Westin Buckhead Atlanta, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance with employment laws. At the Westin Peachtree Plaza, Wayne functioned as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting both union and non-union employee development. Wayne's educational background includes studies at Delaware State University.
