Olayinka Olorunfemi

Olayinka Olorunfemi serves as the Lead Teacher for Special Education at Clayton County Public Schools since June 2023, where end-of-year student performance on the NWEA MAP improved by 2% through targeted data analysis and collaborative strategies. Previously, as a Master Teacher Leader at Harper-Archer Elementary from August 2021 to May 2025, Olayinka implemented a K-5 Intervention Communication Plan that increased stakeholder participation by 10%.
