Shan Hayes

Shan Hayes is a seasoned professional in nonprofit management and philanthropy with extensive experience in individual giving and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Individual Giving at Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities since September 2020, Shan has previously held roles such as Consultant at Purpose Possible, Director of Philanthropy at the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, and School Partnerships Manager at Junior Achievement of Georgia. Notably, during tenure at Boy Scouts of America as District Executive, Shan effectively enhanced event quality and increased community outreach, recruiting nearly 4,000 new youth annually. Shan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Georgia.
