Brianna Alvarado

Brianna Alvarado is a dedicated medical professional currently serving as a Medical Assistant at Atlanta Women's Health Group since June 2023. With prior experience as an intern at East Georgia Cancer Coalition, Brianna contributed to the creation of educational resources aimed at raising cancer awareness. Brianna has also held significant roles in various organizations, including Secretary of the Minority Student Science Association and the Hispanic Student Association, where responsibilities included managing communications and event records. As a board member of the Student Health Advisory Committee at the University of Georgia, Brianna advocated for student health initiatives. Brianna's foundational experience includes serving as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer for the Georgia Department of Public Health and as a Pediatric Intern at One Family Pediatrics. Brianna earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia McBee Institute of Higher Education.
