Brett Cannon is senior technical support engineer of Atlantec with over nine years of progressive network experience. Prior to joining Atlantec, Brett provided network support to full-service law firm Verrill Dana, LLP and medical manufacturer CBE/Valcom onsite at Whatman, Inc. He has also served as systems administrator of Pioneer Telephone and support specialist/network administrator of G.H. Bass & Company in addition to providing Tier 2 Technical Support for Microsoft Call Center Envisionet. Brett attended Southern Maine Technical College as well as the University of Maine, where he gained a broad working knowledge of several programming languages. His technical experience also includes BlackBerry expertise, web development, telephone support and technical documentation.
