Carlo Bertazzo

Carlo Bertazzo is the current Chief Executive Officer at Atlantia. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies including Autostrade per l'Italia - Persone, ABERTIS, and Cellnex Telecom. From September 2010 to December 2013, they were the Chief Executive Officer at GEMINA SpA (Generale Mobiliare Interessenze Azionarie). In this role, they successfully negotiated and finalized the new “ADR Concession Agreement” to operate the Rome airport system until 2044. Carlo also promoted and completed the merger of Gemina with Atlantia. From September 2010 to January 2014, they were the Executive Vice President at Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. Prior to all of these roles, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Edizione S.r.l. from October 1994 to February 2020.

Carlo Bertazzo studied business administration and management at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, where they earned a bachelor's degree.
