Vice President, Student Affairs And Enrollment Services at Atlantic Cape Community College

Natalie Devonish has a range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Natalie currently holds a position as Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services at Atlantic Cape Community College since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Dean of the Worthington Atlantic City Campus and Workforce Development at the same institution from September 2019 to April 2022.

In 2009, Natalie became the President of Youth Exposure, Inc, a mentoring program for middle school students in Atlantic City, NJ. The program aims to empower youth through education, leadership development, and community service.

Natalie also worked as a Project Manager/Consultant at Rutgers Southern Regional CCR&R Agency for a short period in 2019 and as the Director of Operations at the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City from January 2017 to March 2019.

From December 2013 to January 2017, Natalie held the role of Acting Director of Counseling & Assistant Director of Student Support Services at Atlantic Cape Community College. During this time, they oversaw various counseling functions and ensured compliance with college, state, and federal laws.

Before that, Natalie worked at Revel Entertainment, serving as the Manager of Communications & Events from September 2012 to December 2013 and as an EEO & Community Outreach Specialist from July 2011 to September 2012.

Lastly, Natalie started their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority from June 2007 to July 2011.

Natalie Devonish earned their Doctor of Education - EdD in Organizational Leadership from Stockton University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Masters in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University between 2007 and 2009. Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, was completed at Rutgers University - Newark from 2004 to 2007.
