Ruben Cerda is a seasoned Quality Lab Specialist at Atlantic Coffee Solutions since January 2010, responsible for developing and enforcing quality assurance procedures and ensuring compliance with federal and state standards. Prior to this role, Ruben served as a Lab Technician at General Foods Maxwell House-Kraft Foods-Maximus from April 1994 to December 2009, where certification from the Chromatography Institute of America in Normal & Reverse Phase Chromatography and HPLC Maintenance & Troubleshooting was attained in 2008. Additionally, Ruben contributed to training lab technicians in auditing raw materials, finished goods, and equipment calibration. Ruben’s academic background includes attendance at the University of Houston from 1973 to 1974.
