Beata Daszynska-Muzyczka

Beata Daszynska-Muzyczka serves as the President and CEO of the Three Seas Business Council since 2025 and holds the position of PL Presidential Ambassador and special envoy for the Three Seas Initiative at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland since July 2023. In addition, Daszynska-Muzyczka is the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Polski Instytut Ekonomiczny, a member of the International Advisory Board at the Atlantic Council, and has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the 3 Seas Initiative Investment Fund since February 2020. Previous roles include President of the Management Board at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego until January 2024 and a long tenure at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., where Daszynska-Muzyczka held various leadership positions in management and human resources. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from INE PAN, an Advanced Leadership Programme from Cambridge Judge Business School, and a Master’s in Management and Finance from the University of Economics in Wrocław/Warszawa.
