Winnona D. is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Atlantic Council, focusing on research related to cyber capability proliferation and cyberspace trends. As a Belfer Young Leader Fellow at Harvard's Belfer Center and a Law Clerk at Debevoise & Plimpton, Winnona has contributed to the Data Strategy and Security practice group. Previous internships at the U.S. Department of Justice involved work in the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section and the Foreign Investment Review Section. Winnona also served as a Board Member for Women in Security and Privacy and worked as a Security Engineer at Google, researching nation-state threats.
