Lauren H. Moore, Jr.

Lauren H. Moore, Jr. is the current President at Atlantic County Economic Alliance. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of NJ Business Action Center from August 2010 to May 2017. In this role, they oversaw a department of 50 professionals with a departmental budget of $4.6 million. The units within their department included Domestic Business Retention and Attraction, Office of International Business Development, Office of Planning Advocacy, Office of State Marketing, Office of Small Business Administration and Call Center. From July 2008 to August 2010, Lauren served as the Director of Business Retention & Attraction for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). In this role, they supervised a staff of five professionals responsible for business attraction, expansion and retention activities throughout New Jersey. Lauren has also served as the Director of Planning and Economic Development for County of Atlantic, Office of Policy, Planning & Economic Development from February 1993 to October 1998 and as Director of Planning for County of Mercer, Mercer County Improvement Authority from April 1989 to February 1993.

Lauren H. Moore, Jr. has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Stockton University. They also have certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and New Jersey Professional Planner. They also have a license from the New Jersey Professional Planner.
