Sophie Gilford

Sophie Gilford is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles within the sports, health, and hospitality industries. Currently working as a sports trainer at Hawthorn Amateur Football Club Inc. and an exercise specialist at PACE Health Management, Sophie also has experience as a food and beverage attendant at Atlantic Group ®. With a background in coaching and program management at Carey Baptist Grammar School, Sophie has shown expertise in rowing and event coordination.
