George Liothake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce relations and emergency services. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Relations at Atlantic Health System since June 2012, George is responsible for system-wide Workforce Relations duties. As Deputy Chief of Rescue Services for the Whitehouse Rescue Squad and Technical Rescue Team Leader for Hunterdon County OEM, George leads and coordinates technical rescue operations. George has also contributed to the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration as a volunteer member on the Advocacy Committee. With a background in human resources at Verizon, George provided support across various functions and held multiple HR roles. Previous experience includes serving as an Instructor/EMT at Rutgers University and personnel administrator in the U.S. Coast Guard. George holds two master's degrees from Rutgers University in Human Resource Management and Labor and Industrial Relations.
