Katherine (Kay) Driebe was appointed Vice President of Finance in August 2016 after serving in various finance roles within Atlantic Health System. Ms. Driebe serves as the Assistant Treasurer of Atlantic Health’s Board of Trustees, the Treasurer of Atlantic Ambulance Corporation, and an officer of Atlantic Health Management Corporation’s Board of Directors. In addition, Ms. Driebe sits on several key committees of Atlantic Health System Hospital Corp’s Board of Trustees.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Ms. Driebe provides leadership and coordination of Atlantic’s financial reporting and planning, debt financing, investment strategies and budget management functions. She is responsible for the direct oversight of the Chief Financial Officers of the Hospital divisions including Atlantic Medical Group and of Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and Grants and Clinical Trials. In addition, Ms. Driebe has overall responsibility for the reporting and consolidation of the system.
Prior to joining Atlantic Health System, Ms. Driebe was a Managing Director of Assurance Services for Healthcare, Education and Not-for-Profit’s in New Jersey at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she was employed for 16 years.
Ms. Driebe received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the New Jersey Society of CPA’s. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NJ chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
