Kayla Sanguiliano is an experienced professional in workforce well-being and public health. Currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Well-Being at Atlantic Health System since September 2011, Kayla has successfully planned and implemented a comprehensive well-being program for over 17,000 team members, along with developing a Well-being Champion Network of over 250 members. Previous experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Montclair State University from November 2010 to August 2012, aiding research efforts in the Department of Public Health, and serving as a Health Educator at Northwest Bergen Regional Health Commission where educational programs were developed to address health disparities and large-scale vaccination clinics were implemented. Kayla holds a Master of Public Health from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Monmouth University.
