Sue Johnston Pallis

Sue Johnston Pallis is an experienced payroll and benefits professional with a solid background in managing payroll operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll at Atlantic Health System since October 2022, Sue oversees a team of seven responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for 22,000 employees in multiple states. Prior to this role, Sue held the position of Payroll Manager at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with payroll taxation for both US and Canadian markets. Sue also served as Senior Payroll Manager at inVentiv Health, managing payroll for 10,000 employees across 27 legal entities, and had a significant tenure at Warner Chilcott as Senior Manager of Benefits & Payroll, overseeing an annual payroll budget of over $115 million. An educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University and an AAS in Business from the County College of Morris.
