Lennard Kolff van Oosterwijk has extensive work experience in the mining and resources industry. Lennard started their career as an Exploration Geologist with Rio Tinto Exploration Africa-Europe Region in 1996. Lennard then worked as an Exploration Geologist for Northparkes Mines from 2001 to 2003.

In 2005, Lennard became the Superintendent of Exploration at Northparkes Mines, where they were responsible for exploration and evaluation drill programs. During this time, they made significant contributions to the discovery of new mineral deposits through reinterpretation and 3D modeling of geological data.

Lennard joined Rio Tinto Iron Ore in 2006 as a Principal Orebody Knowledge specialist. In this role, they played a key role in enhancing the understanding of orebodies and their characteristics.

Lennard then worked at Arup and Rio Tinto as a Senior Geologist and Specialist Geologist, respectively.

In 2010, they became the CEO of Tawana Resources, an ASX and JSE listed diamond explorer, where they focused on exploring opportunities in South Africa, Botswana, and Australia.

Lennard later joined Tawana Resources N.L. in 2011 as the Technical Director and was promoted to Managing Director. During their tenure, they oversaw the discovery and definition of a significant iron ore resource in Liberia, West Africa. Lennard secured funding for project development through equity capital raises.

Most recently, Lennard held various roles at Atlantic Lithium Limited, including Country & Technical Manager, COO & Chief Geologist, Interim Chief Executive Officer, and currently serves as the Head of Business Development.

Lennard Kolff van Oosterwijk completed their BSc Honours ARSM in Mining Geology at Imperial College London from 1993 to 1996. Lennard then pursued a Masters in Economic Geology at Delft University of Technology from 1991 to 1992. Later, in 2003 to 2004, they obtained another Masters in Economic Geology, this time at the University of Tasmania with a specialization in CODES.
