Linda Robichaud

Linda Robichaud is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in customer care and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at Atlantic Lottery Corporation since March 2017, Linda also holds the position of IT Consultant at Bell Canada, working on desktop refresh projects. Prior experience includes a role in IT support at Radio-Canada from April 2001 to June 2015, where responsibilities encompassed networking and desktop refresh tasks. Linda's educational background includes a degree in Microsoft systems from Microage (1999-2000) and a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology from New Brunswick Community College (1990-1992), along with a GED obtained in 1989-1990.
