Felix Maldonado

Felix Maldonado is a highly experienced engineering professional with over 25 years of expertise in managing engineering operations for 5-star luxury hotels and club complexes. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Atlantic & Pacific Management's Pacific Division since March 2018, Felix has previously held significant roles such as Director of Engineering at Continuum South Beach and Chief Engineer at The Ocean Club in Key Biscayne from February 2009 to March 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Engineering at InterContinental Hotels Group from June 1986 to January 2009, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing engineering operations for a luxury hotel with extensive meeting facilities. Felix holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Libre, obtained between 1974 and 1980.
