Paul Sinclair is the EVP & General Manager at Atlantic Records. Paul has been with the company for 15 years and 3 months, and has held various positions during that time, including General Manager, Executive Vice President, and Digital Strategy and Innovation. As head of the Digital Media department, Paul has lead all digital initiatives at Atlantic Records, including business development, digital strategy, new business/revenue models, digital and mobile marketing, new product development, eCommerce, online content development, website and tools technology/development and production.

Paul began their career as a team lead at Litton PRC, Inc., where they led the redesign and test deployments of a Global Information System for the US Dept. of Defense. Paul then spent two years as an analyst at UGI Utilities before joining Vision Inc. as Director of Knowledge Management / Project Manager.
Paul Sinclair has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Albright College and a Master of Science in Information Science from Pennsylvania State University.
