Mark Rodger Stein

Dr. Mark Rodger Stein is a prominent immunologist and allergist whose career has been marked by noteworthy leadership positions, continued commitment to treating patients afflicted with wide-ranging conditions, and groundbreaking achievements in research. He is particularly known for his work in primary immunodeficiency diseases.

Mark has served as Clinical Consultant in Allergy and Immunology at the National Institute of Health, Assistant Chief of Allergy and Immunology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Uniform Services Health Sciences School of Medicine in Bethesda Maryland.

Mark founded and served as Medical Director at Allergy Associates of Palm Gardens, P.A. in Florida, a practice dedicated to allergy, asthma and immunologic disorders.

Mark has distinguished himself as a researcher, first in the relationship between gastroesophageal reflux and asthma, then later in immunodeficiency and immunoglobulin therapy.

Mark earned an MD from Jefferson Medical College, completed an internship at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania, then served 10 years in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He completed an internal medicine residency at Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco, followed by a fellowship in allergy and immunology at National Jewish Medical and Research Center and Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
