Andy Schalk has a work experience that includes being a Maintenance Director at Atlantic Residential starting in 2017, a Maintenance Supervisor at The Reserve at Wauwatosa Village from 2009 to 2017, and an HVAC Tech at Gregg Heating & Air Conditioning in 2008.

Andy Schalk attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician.
