Suzanne Pinel Washburn

Suzanne Pinel Washburn MAI, CCIM is a Partner at Atlantic Retail, where Suzanne serves as the founding partner of the Orlando office. With a background in commercial real estate, Suzanne has represented major corporations such as Target, Costco, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Prior to their current role, Suzanne was a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc., the largest commercial real estate services company globally, where Suzanne worked with Fortune 500 clients. Suzanne also has experience as the President of SPH Appraisals, Inc., and as Vice President-MAI at Pinel and Carpenter, Inc. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
