Crystal Pruitt

Crystal Pruitt is an experienced professional with a strong background in clean energy policies, public service, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the External Affairs Lead at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC since March 2022, Crystal previously held the position of Councilwoman at Large for the Township of Franklin from January 2019 to December 2023. Notably, Crystal was a Deputy Director in the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, where responsibilities included overseeing clean energy programs for overburdened communities and promoting equitable access to energy resources. Additional experience includes roles as Chief of Staff for Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker, Legislative Liaison for the New Jersey Department of Human Services, and Project Director for Amplify Incorporated. Crystal holds multiple degrees in Forensic Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from John Jay College and Criminology from North Carolina State University.
