Bill Welch

Bill joined Atlantic Street Capital in January 2022 to work with portfolio company leadership on growth initiatives, including the identification and development of add-on acquisition opportunities. He focuses on business service and field service industries.

Prior to joining Atlantic Street Capital, Bill served as Director of Corporate Development for Bone Dry Roofing, Inc., one of the largest roofing contractors in the United States. He built out Bone Dry's corporate development function and lead growth strategy, resulting in several successful acquisitions and the opening of new greenfield locations. Prior to joining Bone Dry Roofing, Inc., Bill was Director of Business Development for E&A Companies, a private investment company based in Indianapolis, IN.

Bill has experience across a number of industries including roofing, food service, retail and financial services. He began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP in the New York office, where he focused on risk advisory and financial derivatives. Bill graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from The College of William & Mary.
