Iris Rosken joined Atlantic Street in June 2011 and serves as the Firm's Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Special Projects.
As the firm has expanded, Ms. Rosken transitioned her role from CFO to CCO and Director of Special Projects. She oversees Atlantic Street’s compliance program and works on organizational special project initiatives. Ms. Rosken began her career at EisnerAmper, LLC and then moved on to become a controller for Carl Marks Management Company, LP where she handled all financial, tax and compliance for the investment funds. She received a B. S. in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany. Iris is a CPA, and members of the AICPA, Private Equity CFO Association, WAVE and 100 Women in Finance.
