Andrew Amell

Andrew Amell is a Senior Project Manager at Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL) since October 2006, specializing in environmental consulting. Key responsibilities include executing hazardous material surveys, developing abatement design drawings and specifications, managing a team of abatement project monitors across multiple offices, and conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including groundwater and subsurface investigations. Prior to ATL, Andrew served as a Project Manager, Environmental Scientist, and Environmental Field Technician at Blasland, Bouck, and Lee, Inc., where technical field support was provided for various environmental sampling projects across the eastern United States. Andrew holds a B.S. in Forest and Natural Resource Management from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and an A.A.S. in Forest Technology from the New York State Ranger School.
