Tatiana Pandiani is a New Works Director at Miami New Drama since March 2021, where responsibilities include administering script submissions and supporting the Artistic Director in promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility in selected works. In July 2021, Tatiana began serving as a Visiting Faculty member at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale, teaching storyboarding and design to MFA Scenic and Costume students. Tatiana also holds the position of Associate Director for the musical LEMPICKA at La Jolla Playhouse and has been an instructor for the Staging Success program at Atlantic Theater Company since January 2017. With a diverse portfolio as a freelance writer, producer, and director since 2010, Tatiana's notable past roles include Associate Director for the Broadway and Off-Broadway productions of "What the Constitution Means to Me" and adjunct professor at Hofstra University. Tatiana completed a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Philosophy from Florida International University.
