Barb Archer

Barb Archer has extensive experience in compensation management. Barb started their career at Best Products, Ltd. as a Sr. Compensation Analyst in 1984 and worked there until 1993. Barb then joined Tredegar Corporation as a Compensation Manager from 1998 to 2001. Afterward, Barb worked at MeadWestvaco from 2002 to 2013, initially as a Compensation Manager and later as the Director of Compensation at McKesson from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Head of Compensation at Atlantic Union Bank since 2015.

Barb Archer has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Organization Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
