Clinton Kelly

Clinton Kelly has extensive experience in compliance and risk management. Clinton currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Atlantic Union Bank, where they are responsible for expanding and overseeing the Compliance Management System and compliance culture. Prior to this, they served as SVP - Head of Compliance Policy Adherence at Truist, overseeing compliance risk management functions and leading the Enterprise-wide Complaints management program. Clinton also worked at Capital One, where they served as Director of Compliance for Commercial Banking and as Senior Manager in Compliance and Risk. In these roles, they managed compliance programs, provided regulatory advice, and drove enhancements to regulatory risk programs. Clinton also managed credit risk management projects and developed credit policy compliance programs.

Clinton Kelly, CRCM completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College. Currently, they are pursuing a degree from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, with an expected graduation in 2025. No specific field of study has been provided for either of their educational experiences.
