Evan Martin

Evan Martin has extensive work experience in the field of IT assurance and audit innovation. Evan is currently serving as the SVP and Head of IT Assurance and Audit Innovation at Atlantic Union Bank since April 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager in Technology Risk from 2014 to 2021. Before EY, Evan held the position of Senior Manager in IT Internal Audit at Hilton Worldwide for a year in 2013. Evan also worked as an Advisory Services Senior at Ernst & Young from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Evan worked in Forensic & Dispute Services at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP for a few months in 2010 and as an ERS Consultant at Deloitte & Touche from 2008 to 2010.

Evan Martin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from James Madison University between the years 2003 and 2007. Evan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from the same university, completing it in the year 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Evan obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) certification from ISACA in June 2013. Evan also holds the Certified Public Accountant certification, although the specific institution and dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
